SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Specialist will help stand up Magaya's product marketing function, working closely with and under the direction of the SVP of Marketing to build out positioning, messaging, launch processes, and go-to-market (GTM) materials.
This role will support product positioning and messaging, product launch execution, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement, partnering with the SVP of Marketing to develop the GTM strategy and calendar from the ground up.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing organization, the Product Marketing Manager will help translate Magaya’s products and roadmap into compelling market narratives and repeatable go-to-market motions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue, with strategic direction provided by the SVP of Marketing.
Success in this role will be measured by launch performance and execution, sales readiness, product adoption, and an increase in overall strengthen of how Magaya brings products to market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In collaboration with the SVP of Marketing, create a repeatable go-to-market framework for bringing new products, features, and market expansions to market.
- Help develop and maintain ideal company profiles and personas in close collaboration with customer-facing teams.
- Partner closely with Product to understand the roadmap, determine GTM priorities, apply launch tiers, and develop launch strategies based on market opportunity and business impact.
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and use cases across the Magaya product suite.
- Lead cross-functional product launches, aligning product, sales, marketing, and engineering around a shared GTM roadmap, creating company-wide visibility through material and a monthly GTM cadence.
- Serve as the voice of the customer/market by regularly engaging customers, prospects, Sales, and Customer Success to understand buyer needs, pain points, purchasing drivers, and market trends and translate those back to the company.
- Own competitive intelligence, including competitor positioning, market trends, and competitive differentiation.
- Build and maintain sales enablement resources including pitch decks, battlecards, product briefs, use cases, objection handling, competitive resources, and other tools that help Sales effectively communicate Magaya’s value.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to translate product positioning, launches, personas, and market opportunities into demand generation and customer marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure product positioning and messaging are consistently represented across the website, digital experiences, content, and campaigns.
- Build product adoption and revenue visibility in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Product through Salesforce reporting.
- Partner with Account Management to increase product awareness, adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions to meet the company’s expansion and net revenue targets within the existing customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of B2B product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, or market expansions.
- Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, personas, and use cases.
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical products into clear, compelling customer and business value.
- Experience building and executing cross-functional product launch processes.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.
- Experience developing competitive intelligence and translating market insights into actionable GTM strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, customs, or vertical SaaS is[GU1] strongly preferred but not required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires the ability to travel 15%-20% domestically and internationally to visit customers, attend conferences, events, and training.
