This role is essential to communicate to sellers and customers how Copilot will impact the market and the business. The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Product Marketing team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who excels at orchestrating sales enablement at scale—partnering closely with field, ( Go To Market)GTM, and enablement teams to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable guidance for sellers. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Copilot narratives, priorities, and competitive differentiation are consistently landed across the field through integrated communications, landing motions, and skilling programs. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales enablement strategy, spanning positioning and messaging, field communications, compete readiness, and role‑based training. You will own how key moments are communicated, reinforced, and practiced—through landing sites, field calls, newsletters, learning circles, pitch practice, and on‑demand resources—so sellers know what matters, what to say, and how to win. You will collaborate closely with(Product Marketing Manager) PMMs, Field Enablement, PR, and Digital Marketing to ensure Copilot innovations are activated through clear field guidance, objection‑ready compete materials, and repeatable training experiences that build seller confidence and drive execution across segments and channels.

Required/minimum qualifications
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
