Job Summary: As the Product Marketing Associate you will help bolster Finlays juice-based portfolio, utilizing market research and strategy, to bring new products to market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to market plans for successful product launches, supporting and leading cross functional teams along the way. As a part of our Go-To-Market team, you will develop and manage launch phasing, working closely with Sales to equip them with training, marketing content and an effective sampling process. You will develop post launch feedback loops to be able to respond to launch challenges quickly and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually/ hourly. Within this range, individual pay is determined by the work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), a quarterly incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees. |
